3. Purpose for which Personal Data will be Processed

Your personal data in the categories of Identity, Contact, Visual and Auditory Records and Customer Transaction Information specified in the table above will be processed for the processing purposes stated below.

• Execution of Goods / Services After Sales Support Services
• Execution of Goods / Services Sales Processes
• Execution of Customer Relationship Management Processes
• Customer Satisfaction Execution of Activities
• Follow-up of Requests / Complaints / Suggestions

4. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data, It is collected and processed through the information you transmit when you contact “GÜRMEN, RAMSEY, KİP or collectively GÜRMEN GROUP” via the WhatsApp platform. Your personal data collected by this method;

• Provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, it is necessary to process personal data belonging to the parties to the contract
• It is mandatory to process data for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right

5. To whom and for what purpose the processed personal data can be transferred

Within the scope of the above-mentioned purposes and provided that your personal data is limited, connected and measured for these purposes, your personal data is transferred abroad if you have your explicit consent due to the fact that WhatsApp servers are located abroad. In the absence of your explicit consent, WhatsApp conversations are terminated.

6. Personal Data Owner's Rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698. Rights Enumerated in Article 11 of Law No. 6698

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to GÜRMEN, RAMSEY, KİP or together GÜRMEN GROUP by the methods set out below (“GÜRMEN, RAMSEY, KİP or together GÜRMEN GROUP” will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by (“GÜRMEN, RAMSEY, KİP or together GÜRMEN GROUP”). In this context, personal data owners;

• Learning whether personal data is processed,
• Requesting information if personal data has been processed,
• Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
• Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
• Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, it has the right to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear and to request that the transaction made within this scope be notified to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
• Object to the occurrence of a result to the detriment of the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• If personal data is damaged due to unlawful processing of personal data, it has the right to demand compensation for the damage.

If the requested information and documents are not provided as required, there may be problems in the full and qualified execution of the investigations to be carried out by (“GÜRMEN, RAMSEY, KİP or collectively GÜRMEN GROUP”) in accordance with your request. In this case, (“GÜRMEN, RAMSEY, KİP or collectively GÜRMEN GROUP” declares that it reserves its legal rights. For this reason, your application should be sent completely and in a way to include the requested information and documents according to the nature of your request.
