You have the right to return within 14 days for international shipments. However, the product must be unused for return. The product to be returned must be sent to us together with its original package and invoice.
Underwear products, swimwear and accessroies (hats, sunglasses, etc.) are the types of products for which cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons.
You will not have the right to return any products that do not meet the health and hygiene conditions. Returns found to be in such situation will not be accepted.

Will I have to pay for return shipping?
For packages returned abroad, all costs belong to the buyer. Costs are deducted from the order total and the remaining amount is refunded.
The buyer is responsible for all costs incurred due to the return.
Returns sent with counter payment will not be accepted.

How can I return my purchase?
You can return your orders from the KİP Online Shop within 30 days of receipt. Simply follow the steps below for the return process:
Create a return request from the My Orders area and get your shipping return code.
Write your return request on the invoice.
Deliver the product to Yurtiçi Kargo.
It is necessary to pay attention to the issues specified in the “Return Conditions” heading in return transactions. After the product reaches us, it will be examined by the relevant units and the return process will be initiated. This process usually takes 5-10 business days.
How can I return my order for unregistered purchases?
1.Order Tracking click on.
2.Enter your order number, e-mail address or cell phone number.
3.Click on the “Details” section, click on the “Create Return Request” button.
4.Select the product(s) you want to return, fill in the required fields and get your return code.
5.Deliver the product to Yurtiçi Kargo.
What are the return conditions?
The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and undamaged.
Underwear and socks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Cosmetic products such as perfumes can be returned provided that the packaging is unopened and unused.
You must fill in the return section on the sales invoice of the product.
If the invoice is issued on behalf of the company, a return invoice in the amount of "Product Unit Price + VAT" must be issued and sent. Order returns issued on behalf of the company without a return invoice are not accepted.
For used products, if there is a loss of commercial value, you are obliged to pay this price.
Will I pay for return shipping?
Return shipments made with Yurtiçi Kargo are free of charge. However, if you prefer a different shipping company, the shipping fee will be covered by you.
How long is the return period?
According to the “Right of Withdrawal without Giving Reason” article in the Consumer Law, the return period is 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. Defective product returns can also be made within this period.
When will the refund be credited to my account after the return?
The products you return are checked for compliance with the return conditions. Once your return is accepted, we will refund your money and you will be notified via e-mail. The time for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on your bank and cannot be intervened by us.
The way the installment amounts are reflected in your bank account in your installment purchases is a situation related to your bank's own system. In installment transactions, the fee is transferred to the bank, but your bank refunds this amount to your credit card in installments.
