Delivery and Shipping

If you give an order from OUTSIDE TÜRKİYE address, please note the text below.

When will my product be shipped for my purchases?

Products will be shipped in 3 days. Your orders that you create from our internet store are delivered to you with the guarantee of ARAMEX, FEDEX, PTS and UPS. You can find average delivery times and remote areas that cannot be delivered via the cargo company's website "Where is my cargo" or you can get support from our customer relations.

Please consider these when placing your order.

In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. The delivery time frame will be longer than usual for orders that included preorder or/and customized items. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

Customs duty fees may vary depending on your order and the country of delivery. The obligation to pay customs duty depends on the policies of the country of delivery. It is not Ramsey's responsibility to pay taxes on any customs-cleared order.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

There will be shipping fee that depends on your delivery country. It will be added in your cart after you add your items which you want to buy.

How can I track the shipping information of my order?

You can view your related order from the "My Account" page and follow the shipping process of your order under the "My Orders" heading. You will be informed by e-mail as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your order with the cargo tracking number to be given to you. If you did not get any tracking number, please send a message us via WhatsApp.

Will I have to pay for return shipping?

Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to the high fees of customs and cargo fees in overseas orders. If you need any help please contact us via Whatsapp.

What can I do if I do not receive my order?

When will my product be shipped for my purchases?

Your orders are shipped by Hepsijet within an average of 4 business days within Istanbul. In areas where Hepsijet does not deliver within Istanbul (Adalar, Çatalca, Şile, Arnavutköy, Pendik, Silivri, Silivri and some parts of Tuzla district), delivery is made by Yurtiçi Kargo. The delivery of your order may vary depending on the correct delivery address and the delivery province. The supply process of orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the first business day. You can find out the average delivery times and remote areas that cannot be delivered on the cargo company's website or get support from our customer relations.

When will my product be shipped during the discount periods?

Due to the intensity experienced during the discount periods, the shipping time varies between 7-15 business days.

Will I pay a fee for shipping transactions?

You will not pay shipping fees for your purchases of 2950 TL and above from www.kip.com.tr. For orders under 2950 TL, the shipping fee is charged as 59.95 TL.

How can I track the shipping information of my order?

You can track the shipping process of your order under the heading "My Orders" by viewing your relevant order from the "My Account" page. You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your order is shipped.

For non-member purchases Order Tracking link to track the status of your order by entering your order number, e-mail address or mobile phone information.

Will I pay for return shipping?

If you choose our contracted domestic cargo, you will not pay shipping fees. If you prefer a shipping company other than this for the return, the shipping fee will be covered by the customer.

I want to change my order delivery address, how can I do it?

You can change your order address in the "My Addresses" section on the "My Account" page or you can define your new address in the "Add New Address" field during the purchase process.
