When will my products be shipped?

Your orders are shipped via DHL eCommerce within an average of 1-4 business days. During promotional periods and for orders shipped from the store, this period may vary between 1-7 business days.
Delivery time may vary depending on the accuracy of your address information and the delivery province. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed starting from the first business day of the supply process.

Will I pay a shipping fee?

You do not pay a shipping fee for your purchases of 2950 TL or more from www.kip.com.tr. For orders under 2950 TL, the shipping fee is 99 TL.

How can I track my order's shipping information?

You can track the shipping status of your order under the "My Orders" heading by viewing your relevant order on the "My Account" page. You will be notified via e-mail as soon as your order is shipped.

For guest purchases, you can track the status of your order by clicking the Order Tracking link and entering your order number, e-mail address, or mobile phone number.

Will I pay a fee for return shipping?

If you choose our contracted carrier DHL, you will not pay a shipping fee. If you prefer to use a different shipping company for your return, the shipping cost will be covered by the customer.

I want to change my order delivery address, how can I do that?

You can change your order address from the "My Addresses" section on the "My Account" page, or you can define your new address in the "Add New Address" field during the checkout process.
