Electronic Message Disclosure Statement
COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGE INFORMATION AND CONSENT TEXT
In accordance with the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, and other relevant legislation, we would like to inform you about commercial electronic messages and obtain your consent regarding these messages.
1. Information Text
Pursuant to the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, a commercial electronic message refers to data, audio, and visual content messages sent for commercial purposes via electronic means such as telephone, call centers, fax, automatic calling machines, smart voice recording systems, e-mail, and short message services. In accordance with Article 6 of the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, “Commercial electronic messages may only be sent to recipients provided that their prior consent is obtained. This consent may be obtained in writing or by any means of electronic communication. In cases where the recipient provides their contact information for the purpose of being contacted, no separate consent is required for commercial electronic messages regarding changes, usage, and maintenance of the goods or services provided.” Within this scope, communication may be established and satisfaction surveys may be sent without legal requirement for consent in order to measure the quality of products and services offered to customers by the Company, improve customer experience, and effectively conduct after-sales support processes. However, commercial electronic messages regarding advertising, promotion, campaigns, and similar marketing activities can only be sent based on the prior consent of the relevant person. This consent may be obtained in writing, via any electronic communication tool, or through the Message Management System (“İYS”). You may refuse to receive commercial electronic messages or withdraw your consent at any time without providing any reason, even if you have previously given consent. Therefore, you can easily unsubscribe from the e-mail list by clicking the “Please click here if you do not wish to be informed about campaign announcements” link at the bottom of the e-mails sent by us or by third parties on our behalf; you can also withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our customer services at 0212 484 0 494 or via the İYS. We hereby present this information text to you regarding the sending of commercial electronic messages within the scope of marketing and communication activities for the purpose of informing you about our Company's activities, products, services, advertisements, promotions, and commercial activities, as well as celebrations, prize draws, well wishes, and other corporate organizations, subject to your consent. Commercial electronic messages will only be sent to you if you provide your consent.
2. Consent Text
“I acknowledge that I have been duly informed in accordance with the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563, that I have read and understood this information and consent form, and that my statement provided below is valid.
I hereby consent to your Company or third parties providing services under confidentiality obligations in this regard, to send me commercial electronic messages and other communications via e-mail, SMS/text message, push notifications, social media and other online advertising networks, automatic calling, computer, telephone, fax, e-mail/mail, Bluetooth, and other wireless networks and electronic communication tools, for the purposes of informing me about all kinds of your products and services, various promotions, advertisements, sales and marketing activities, celebrations, well wishes, and corporate organizations, and to establish all kinds of contact with me, knowing that I can refuse to receive commercial electronic messages at any time without providing any reason.”
If you provide the permissions/consents specified in the consent text within the scope of the information above, please click the “I would like to be informed about campaigns and announcements via e-mail” option to indicate your acceptance, consent, and approval. After checking this option, your communication permission will become active as of your membership date, and you will be registered in our system as a consenting user, deemed to have given your consent to be contacted via the communication channels mentioned above. If you withdraw your consent, the sending of commercial electronic messages to you by our Company will be stopped.
